Namaste! I am Naj,
Years ago I took a leap to follow my purpose and lifetime passion for health and wellness, so I studied and practiced Yoga, Pilates, meditation and breathwork. I am also certified as a holistic health coach from IIN, the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, the world leading health school.
With years of experience in the practice of yoga, I have developed a deep appreciation for the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits it brings. Through my teaching, I aim to create a safe and inclusive space for women of all ages and abilities to explore the transformative power of yoga. As a certified health coach, I am dedicated to empowering women to take charge of their well-being.
I firmly believe that true health goes beyond just physical fitness; it encompasses a holistic approach that emphasizes on integrative nutrition, mindset, and self-care. I am fascinated with lifestyle medicine addressing underlying root causes of any imbalance in your health.
I strive to support and guide women in making sustainable lifestyle choices that align with their unique goals and values. Based on the foundation of Yoga, I am passionate about helping you find balance amidst the chaos of everyday life.
