"Namaste! I am Naj, and I'm thrilled to connect with you as a mother, yoga teacher, and certified health coach. I understand the importance of nurturing both the mind and body, not only for ourselves but for our loved ones as well.
Years ago I took a leap to follow my purpose and lifetime passion for health and wellness, so I studied and practiced Yoga, Pilates, meditation and breathwork. I am also certified as a holistic health coach from IIN, the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, the world leading health school.
With years of experience in the practice of yoga, I have developed a deep appreciation for the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits it brings. Through my teaching, I aim to create a safe and inclusive space for women of all ages and abilities to explore the transformative power of yoga. As a certified health coach, I am dedicated to empowering women to take charge of their well-being.
